In the app, tap Share under the video and choose Copy link. In a browser, copy the address from the address bar. Shorts links work too.
Open the video, tap Share then Copy link. On a computer, right-click the video and choose Copy video URL. Reels and Watch links both work.
Open the Reel or video post, tap the … menu and choose Copy link. The account has to be public.
Android: the file lands in your Downloads folder and appears in the notification shade while it saves.
iPhone and iPad: Safari saves it into the Files app under Downloads. From there you can move it into Photos.
Computer: it goes to your browser's normal download folder.
